The Beckett Three

I will never forget the day I ran into Greg and Michelle out on a walk. Michelle was bursting with joy and could not contain her news that a new Beckett was on the way. Pregnancy is not all pleasant, and parenting is full of challenges and dark valleys. But getting to spend an hour with Marlowe and her parents years later, the joy is still shinning, only now it also walks and talks and jumps and smiles with the light of a star. I have always felt happier in Michelle's presence and it is a gift to us all that there is more of her in this world now. Here's a little taste of that joy for you!

The Howells at Sunrise

It was a frigid 30 degrees, I was jet lagged from a long trip to visit family across the country, my toddler had kept me up for about three of the previous nights . . . and still . . . Laurie, John and little Lane and I had so much fun exploring the bridge, rocks, and water for this sunrise session. Having prayed that Lane's life would come into being before it was so, it is a special blessing to watch him grow from adorable newborn, to my little guy's buddy, and into this charming little character you'll find in these images. Laurie and John are incredible people and such loving and wonderful parents. It is a joy to witness this family in action!

The Franz Family in Fall

Next to my own children, I probably have the most photos in my collection of the Franz boys. This family is amazing and beautiful and so much fun to spend time with. The Franz family was my first formal shoot in Brunswick. It is so fun to shoot them again two years later and see how they've grown. I hope you enjoy these images!
